A role is one active job opening. You can run multiple resume batches against the same role at no extra cost within your plan volume.
Yes — we offer a pilot run on one open role before you start a paid plan. Request early access and mention "pilot run" in your message.
No. Hirefathom works alongside your existing ATS. You export candidate applications from your ATS, run them through Fathom, and import results back. We're a screening layer, not a system of record.
Resume data is processed for scoring and then deleted after your export. We don't retain candidate PII beyond the active session. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
